The Movement Refinery turns 20!
This has flown. A minute ago I was offering 1:1 Gyrotonic and Pilates mat work at my family home in North Adelaide… now I begin the 20th year of the studio and celebrate the past, present and future. There have been many hurdles, lessons in how to run a business, advocate for myself and gifts in holding the space for others.
We have so much to look forward to this year, our new curriculum delivery for daily clients, revamping our teacher training programme and moving to a centralised single premises in West Melbourne in a few months …. This will be a strong start for the next chapter at The Movement Refinery.
To our clients and my colleagues, here’s a virtual glass of bubbly. Let’s have a celebratory drink in a few months once our new home is ready to be launched!
