A MORE FLEXIBLE APPROACH TO BOOKING/PAYMENT
We are adding a second membership tier which yes, is a higher fee per visit but offers you much more flexibility in how you spend your class credits and offers an increased duration for fee pauses (10 weeks vs. 6 weeks) and a shorter termination period (14 days vs. 30)…. plus you don’t have to be locked in to regular times. Need even more flexibility?
We will re-introduce pre-paid class packs – expiry of 12 weeks from purchase and $470 for 10 sessions or discounted to $450 for 10 sessions when on an auto-renew. Regular bookings are available (but not compulsory) and minimum twice per week applies unless you are facing extreme difficulty in attendance for shift-workers, working parents and those who travel frequently.
Please note, depending on the uptake of these options, we may need to change our service guarantee or cancel classes with low bookings. Our current system allows us to run sessions with 1-3 clients which helps our instructors plan but also ensures we meet our service access guarantee.
IMPROVING YOUR ACCESS TO THE STUDIO
I’m looking to optimise the schedule so that you have improved access to the studio. I’d appreciate your VERY SPECIFIC feedback based on your current class level and when you would ‘like’ to attend. Of course, if you have nil issues and your attendance is not a case of diary jenga week two week, let me know and I’ll unburden myself.
Potential for new classes
Based on the cancellation / rebooking behaviour, it seems we need more classes at the starter+ level. I’d like to add as many of the following classes as possible, but I will need a minimum of three regular bookings to add to the schedule. Would any of the following interest you?
- Monday 5:30pm – Starter+ Reformer
- Monday 6:30pm – Starter/Starter+ fundamentals, mobility and problem solving
- Wednesday 12:30pm – Starter+ studio
- Wednesday 5:30pm – convert the Body Conditioning studio class to Body Conditioning Reformer
- Thursday 6:30pm – Starter+ studio (from mid August)
If the schedule suggestions sound appealing, please let me know before Thursday 18 July 7:30pm so I can discuss with the clientele, the instructors and see if I can institute changes for the next curriculum cycle.
