Using our beautifully designed barrels (spine corrector and small barrel) in combination with the mighty tower, class participants will be taken through a springs and barrels focused sequence intended to intensify the centering component of the workout and test your discipline to the limit.
The body is accustomed to working ‘flat’, so lying over the shape of the barrel helps you to access the deep curves in the spine and target your centre. In concert with the springs providing that all-important resistance, you will have to fight for control in each and every movement.
