Best foot forward …

Advice from our current clients

  • Attend frequently, no less than twice per week (minimum). If you can stretch to attending three times a week, you’ll see a mammoth improvement, I’ve never looked back from this actually …

  • Be prepared to sink your teeth in and work collaboratively with your instructor,  the more you engage, the better your experience

  • Ask questions if you are lost … the teachers don’t care about perfection, they genuinely care about each of us and want you to thrive

  • Always arrive early and block the world out while you complete a proper warm up. Jump in with both feet and an open mind, give everything a go and if you need additional guidance, book a private session, they are so helpful

  • Get to the client workshops and you’ll see improvements in your regular classes - Nicholas builds excellent development sessions that you can play with at home or in your autonomous sessions.

  • If you need to catch up, email Nic, the instructors care deeply about each client and may be able to accomodate you or offer support when you need it.

  • Don’t go to a difficult class or expect your usual results if you’re having a bad day or your body is a bit funky. Rebook and let the staff guide you to what’s the best option… you’ll feel much better this way.

Key Studio Guidelines*

  • Cancellation policy : 24 hours for private sessions, 12 hours group classes, 2 hours autonomous practice

  • No latecomers admitted. Do your best to arrive a solid 10 minutes early and complete an active warm-up to prepare you for the class.

  • Observe studio etiquette: Shoes off, socks on, phones off, no zippers on activewear, clean up after every session

  • Our preference is for you to remove your smartwatch, if you seem distracted by it, we will politely ask you to take it off for the session.

  • You are welcome, but chewing gum and body odour are not - deodorant and health products are available in our bathrooms

  • Medium-long hair? Please ensure that your hair is tied up securely before you enter the equipment area.

  • Short-medium hair? Secure your hair to avoid it bothering you or disturbing your active alignment during class

  • Claw or banana hair clips are not permitted

  • Remove any jewellery or paraphernalia that may dent or scratch the equipment

  • Please check your activewear for zippers… they are absolutely not permitted in the studio as they rip our premium upholstery.

*there are more guidelines, but we are trying not to scare you off …

  • All sessions are pre-paid or on direct debit. Both methods have their unique terms and conditions, it is your responsibility to ensure you can meet them.

  • Sessions are priced to support those who are most consistent, we also aim to support clients who require additional flexibility in their training calendar.

  • Recurring bookings are a privilege, there are terms and conditions that you must meet to continue to hold a regular booking. We understand from time to time that there are more important things than Pilates, please communicate with us so we can support you through this.

  • All payment types have an expiry period, we do not extend these unless the studio is unable to provide services within the expiry period.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue to sessions based on schedule demand or commercial interests of the studio or fit with the studio culture
