A new approach

If you’re unsure of how to support your client who is living with Osteopenia or Osteoporosis, come to this workshop.

We have spent time reviewing and distilling research and practical applications so that you don’t just have to keep your clients safe, you can make them stronger and remove the sense of fear from exercise. Stop saying NO to exercises and learn how we support clients with a modern approach to Osteoporosis and Osteopenia in the original work and allied care.

While each region seems to interpret the physical lifestyle and exercise recommendations differently we know that improving strength and impact training makes a lasting difference for these clients. We have taken the work off your plate and are ready to bring you the best and current information for you to read through.

As we as a society become more understanding and aware of the differences that each of us go through, we must also consider that these conditions don’t just impact women or older people… and that ‘older’ people are now living very differently to even 20 years ago.

We are a Pilates studio and will offer actual Pilates exercises and modifications but are also the first to refer to the most appropriate service provider! We will also take the time to ensure you are equipped to work within your profession scope.
