What can this week offer YOU?
When you’re in a low-point, on auto-pilot or you forgot why and how you started coming to The Refinery, thinking of goal-setting or refining your purpose may seem silly, out of reach or even superficial.
That is totally okay. You can come here and just be yourself.
Equally, you have the opportunity to iterate and reiterate and we are here for that too.
If you’re keen, set a goal for the end of the year or 2027 and let’s step that back into some small tasks that contribute to your holistic well-being.
A goal could be….
- a skill (the 100, tendon stretch, side splits) a feeling (comfort, confidence, self-belief)
- a behaviour (consistent or extra frequency of training, reflection after your class or a meditation on your journey to class, less negative self-talk)
- Or an investment in your health for your 70s, 80s and 90s
Mindfulness and self-actualisation come in many forms, sometimes it looks like goal-setting and other times it is more about popcorn and YouTube rug washing videos.
