Springs & Barrels class: Work in a small group utilising our beautifully designed barrels in combination with the mighty tower,
TMR is excited to introduce an exclusive new Springs & Barrels class, which has been specially designed by Studio Director Nicholas Psarros. This class is specifically suited for the intermediate client ready to take a leap into the Classical Pilates beyond with this uniquely challenging class.
Using our beautifully designed barrels (spine corrector and small barrel) in combination with the mighty tower, class participants will be taken through a springs and barrels focused sequence intended to intensify the centering component of the workout and test your discipline to the limit.
The body is accustomed to working ‘flat’, so lying over the shape of the barrel helps you to access the deep curves in the spine and target your centre. In concert with the springs providing that all-important resistance, you will have to fight for control in each and every movement.
